Directory Listing - Shops, Clubs, Events

All of our directory listings are free. One of our goals is to make this as valuable a resource as possible for the traditional archery community - the more shops, clubs and events that we keep track of, the easier it is for people to find what they need. Any traditional archery shop, club, or event can get listed on TradShops.com for free. You can either fill out the appropriate form, send me an e-mail, or give us a call. What are the benefits? It puts your contact information in a spot where others can find it listed along with many other related shops and events. 70% of our site traffic is from search engines, and many of those visitors are looking specifically for information on a particular shop, bowyer, or event.

If you have a website, an added benefit is that you get included in our shop search, which is a search engine that ONLY searches the websites of traditional archery shops. This means that even small archery shops have the opportunity to show up in results - making it easier for people to find you online.

What if you don't have a website of your own? Not a problem - putting up a listing here will give you just enough presence on the internet for people to find your phone number or e-mail. If you decide later that you would like to start a website, we can help you with that too!

Advertising

Now that we've been around for a while, I recently started offering a handful of paid ad spots on TradShops. Essentially, the money received for ad spots helps defray the cost of running this site (hosting, time, travel to events, etc) Buying an ad will also result in "Sponsor" status for your shop, with a tiered list of perks that I am still finalizing. I'll have more details on sponsorships at a later time. Currently, the spots available now can be seen on almost any page of the site. These include...

• Left Column - Single 130 x 280 pixel ad, appears on every page*
• Right Column - Up to Three 220 x 90 pixel ads, appear on every page*
• Banner Ad - Single 450 x 90 pixel ad, appears only on initial search page

My ad setup is still relatively new, so please contact me for pricing. They are priced at reasonable rates, and they can expose your products to thousands of traditional archers each month - many of whom pass through here on their way to shop for archery goods.

Product Reviews

Just like many of you, I like to play with new "toys" - broadheads, quivers, bows, etc as well as books and dvds. If you have a product that you would like me to review on our site, please let me know. Rates again are reasonable, and I'm quite certain we can negotiate a deal on whatever you want reviewed.
